How it Works

Well, it's really quite simple. First off you make sure your picture is in JPEG format, this is the only format currently supported. Next locate the file on your computer, and click upload! It's really that simple. If you wish to upload another file afterwards make sure the check box is selected and you will be brought right back to this page. If not you will be taken to the image hosting page where you will see the URLs you can use for that picture. Three files are produced, one a thumbnail with a maximum width or height of 160x120 (depending on the original image's dimensions). Next there is a larger image, perfect for blogs etc. that has a maximum size of 640x480 in either direction. Don't worry, the aspect ratio is saved, so if your image is not a perfect 4:3 it will still look as intended. finally you will be able to access the original file too, whatever it's proportions may be. If your image is too small for either version they will be made at the image's size so the URL will still work.
